Movement
Movement is where awareness becomes tangible. Through embodied practice, the body learns to listen and respond, bridging inner attention with physical experience. Yoga supports conscious living by cultivating presence in motion, while enhancing mobility, resilience, and nervous system balance.
A range of class formats explores different intentions and levels of intensity, offering pathways from gentle regulation to more dynamic engagement through the intelligence of the body.
Type of Classes

Basic Yoga
Basic Yoga is beginner-friendly and for people who would like to deepen their understanding of asana! In this class we will learn the fundamentals of yoga practice such as pranayama and finding your alignment in some core poses. We aim to increase our self-awareness and stability.
Special themed group class will be held irregularly. All are welcome.
